Once again, 2,000 employees from the Paprec Group gathered at the Palais des Congrès in Tours to celebrate our annual convention: a key moment for coming together, reflection and shared pride.
Over the course of three days, we reviewed achievements, analysed future challenges and, above all, strengthened the shared commitment that unites us: building together a sustainable model based on recycling, the circular economy and green energy production.
One of the most anticipated moments was the Golden Beavers 2025 🏆 awards ceremony. A heartfelt tribute to those who, from every corner of the Group and across all professional categories, have stood out for their dedication, team spirit and contribution to Paprec’s shared project. This recognition not only highlights the talent and effort that drive our daily work, but also reflects the diversity, humanity and unity of the people who make up this great family.
Because our convention is not only about reviewing figures and strategies. It is also — and above all — an act of gratitude to our teams. Thank you to everyone who makes this journey possible.
