To mark Working Women’s Month, Paprec Spain hosted an event bringing together leading figures from both the public and private sectors to reflect on work-life balance, equality and female leadership.
The event featured a presentation by Marta García Valenzuela, an expert in inclusive leadership. This was followed by intergenerational testimonies from mothers and children: Teresa Mallada, senator; Sara Bieger, President of the French Chamber of Commerce; and Alicia Gil from Paprec, together with their respective children, as well as Emilie Rosendo from Paprec.
We were also joined by Paula Gómez Angulo, Councillor for Family Affairs at Madrid City Council, who presented the main lines of action regarding equality and opportunities for collaboration with the business sector.
The event concluded with a round table discussion in which municipal representatives, employee representatives and other companies addressed local initiatives and challenges in advancing towards more inclusive working environments.
Through this event, Paprec Spain reaffirms its commitment to equal opportunities and the promotion of diverse and sustainable leadership.
Today’s women are building the path of tomorrow!
