CSR ACTIONS:
AT A SOCIAL LEVEL
At a social level, the Paprec Group demonstrates a strong commitment to inclusion, equal opportunities and employee wellbeing. This commitment is reflected in concrete actions such as the implementation of an Equality Plan and partnerships with organisations such as the Randstad Foundation and the Integra Foundation, with whom we work to promote the employment integration of people in vulnerable situations and encourage socially responsible employment.
We also promote internal communication and a sense of belonging through initiatives such as the monthly Paprec News magazine received by all our employees, and we support charitable projects with associations working with people with disabilities. All these actions form part of a social responsibility strategy that places people at the heart of our priorities.
AT A CORPORATE LEVEL
At a corporate level, the Paprec Group is actively committed to the sustainable development of the geographical areas in which it operates, collaborating with institutions, associations and local organisations.
This commitment is reflected in local sponsorship initiatives, support for social and environmental projects, and participation in strategic forums linked to the circular economy, decarbonisation and energy recovery.
Through its various subsidiaries, the group supports both environmental organisations and charitable and cultural projects, thereby strengthening its role as a responsible company committed to the social fabric. These actions reflect a corporate vision that integrates a positive impact on society as a fundamental pillar of its Corporate Social Responsibility strategy.
AT AN ENVIRONMENTAL LEVEL
At an environmental level, the Paprec Group firmly integrates respect for the natural environment into its business model and promotes sustainable practices across all its activities.
In Spain, our plants are certified to ISO 14001 standards, demonstrating the existence of an efficient environmental management system. We also promote responsible initiatives such as the use of electric vehicles in our operations, the adoption of green fuels, and actions that encourage healthy habits among employees. These measures reflect our daily commitment to environmental protection and to a fair and inclusive ecological transition.
