Majority Acquisition of GBI SERVEIS

GBI, headquartered in Lloret de Mar, operates three MBT plants, as well as storage and composting facilities, and also has an extensive portfolio of urban waste collection and street cleaning contracts across Catalonia.

This partnership marks Paprec’s entry into Catalonia. It is the Group’s fifth acquisition since its arrival in December 2021.
